Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays, so be sure to account for non-business days when placing your order.
You can update or change your shipping details within 24 hours after completing your order. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your purchase. Any shipments returned to us due to incomplete or invalid addresses will be subject to a return shipping fee. Unfortunately, James Bark is not responsible for return-to-sender fees.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via USPS, UPS or DHL.
Note: Orders placed after 5 PM on Fridays will not be processed until the following business day.
JAMES BARK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
