Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your JamesBark.us purchases, but we understand if something doesn’t work out. Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with a hassle-free return or exchange process. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply reach out to us at customerservice@jamesbark.us. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns must be in their best condition with the invoice included. We do not accept items that have been washed, worn, or altered.

Did You Receive a Faulty Item?
We’re truly sorry about that! If you receive an item that’s defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Faulty items must be reported and returned within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, we will no longer be able to offer an exchange or refund for defective items.

Returns Lost in Transit
Unfortunately, JAMES BARK cannot be held responsible for returns or exchanges that are lost in transit and don’t reach our workshop. To ensure your return arrives safely, we highly recommend using the return labels and carrier we provide. This way, we can track your package and guarantee a refund or exchange once it reaches our facility.

The fastest way to get what you want is to reach out to our customer service team via email, Live Chat, or Shopify Inbox. We can help you process the exchange quickly and make sure you receive the item you're looking for!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
