What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic Shipping:

- COST: FREE (for purchases of $100 or more)
- DELIVERY TIME: 3 to 5 business days
Shipping to Mexico:
- Service: International Shipping
- COST: Calculated by the shipping company at checkout
- DELIVERY TIME: 5 to 10 business days
International Shipping:

How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Returns questions
How to make a return?
- You can click on the RETURN link on your order or contact us at "Customerservice@jamesbark.us" about any returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item so we can help facilitate the process.
- Returned and exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused with the original tags attached. All sale items or personalized orders are final sale only and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Once we have more information regarding your return or exchange inquiry, we will provide you with further instructions. After your return has been received, we will refund the amount of the returned goods to the recipient within 10-15 business days.
*Please note: International exchanges and returns work the same way as US returns, however it does not include refund return shipping costs or taxes.
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your Jamesbark.us purchases, we understand if things don’t work out, but don't worry we got you covered. We want to provide you with a hassle-free way to return or exchange your merchandise. We are happy to accept returns of unused merchandise in its original condition, tags attached, within 30 days of receiving your order. All orders must be returned in the best condition with the invoice included in the package. We will not accept pieces that have been washed, worn, or altered.
*Please note: Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
The responsibility for return shipping costs varies based on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label. If it's for reasons like change of mind or sizing issues, the cost of return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
